Whitehurst yesterday afternoon from the late residence of the deceased lady’s sister, Mrs. Henry Schmidt. The solemn services were conducted by the Rev. Father Walsh, and the remains were interred in Elmwood Cemetery. The following gentlemen acted as pall-bearers. J.T. Duffee, J.E. Cluett, M.T. Brock, Charles Riddick, R.M. Johnakin and T.F. Andrus. ****** Public Ledger, Mon., May 5, 1902 pg. 1 The funeral of Mr. Edward H. Johnson, who died at an early hour Saturday morning, at his home, No. 360 Chapel Street, aged 27 years, took place yesterday afternoon at 3 o’clock from the Memorial Christian Temple and was conducted by Re. J.B. Merritt. The interment was in Elmwood.
