Virginian-Pilot, July 28, 1906
Charlie Whiteman, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. T. Whiteman, of Norfolk County, who 
had been under treatment at the Norfolk Protestant hospital, died at that 
institution yesterday morning, aged 10 years. The body has been removed to the 
residence of Mrs. L. A. Gunter, Lamberts Point, where arrangements for the 
funeral will be made.

Additional Comments:
Funeral notice gives father's name as C F Whiteman and Charlie's age as 12. 
Burial place: Cedar Grove Cemetery.
