Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, June 3, 1990 
William N. White Sr., of the 2600 block of Chesterfield Blvd., a retired
aircraft mechanic, died June 1, 1990, in a Hampton hospital.

Mr. White, a native of Norfolk, retired from Norfolk Naval Air Rework Facility
after 37 years. He was the widower of Hazel Ann White and was an Army veteran of
World War II. He was a Baptist.

Survivors include three daughters, Marian W. Mack, Creolia W. Brickers and
Deloris J. White, all of Virginia Beach; two sons, William N. White Jr. of
Christiansburg and Jonathan J. White of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Margie A.
White of Norfolk and Marion L. Roberts of Portsmouth; and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Hale Funeral Home by the
Rev. David L. Holliday. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . A wake will be held
from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Family and friends will assemble
at 3553 Tennessee Ave. for the procession.
