Whiting - The funeral of Charles Jerome Whiting of 890 Johnson avenue who died
at his home Sunday morning, April 15 was held from the First Baptist Church,
Bute street, Sunday afternoon, April 22 at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Mr. Hall
officiating. Interment followed in the family plot in Calvary Cemetery with the
Hale Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
