Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark September 12, 1922

Nancy Ellen Whitley, 6-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.C. Whitley, who live 
near Suffolk, died Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock of diphtheria.  Funeral services 
will be held Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 at the grave in Riverview Cemetery, South 
Norfolk.

 
NOTE:  Cemetery name should be Riverside Memorial Park.

Additional Comments:
Nancy was 11 days shy of her sixth birthday.
