Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, July 11, 2000 
Michael T. ``Todd'' Whitley, 29, of the 3600 block of Mississippi Ave., died
July 8, 2000. He was born in Norfolk to Harry and June Whitley.

Survivors include four daughters, Latika Marie Brown, Mickella Jasmine Brown,
Marquetta Larose Brown and Ashonti LeShae Batts; three sons, Michael Sirrah
Whitley, Todd Deyontea Pryor and Andreus Malik Batts; six sisters, Jacqueline M.
Whitley, Myrna R., Linnett, Kathryn E., Sheryl M., Stephaine P. and Tracy; three
brothers, Harry L. Whitley Sr., Jerry C. Whitley Sr. and Jefrey M. Whitley;
paternal grandmother, Essie Gaines; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Riddick Funeral
Service. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m.
Wednesday at the funeral home. The family will receive friends at the residence.
