Norfolk Journal and Guide, Feb. 21, 1942
Final service for Collins Whittaker, 29, of 1003 Goff Street, who died in a
local hospital, February 9, as a result of knife wounds, was held at the grave
in Calvary Cemetery, February 15, with the Rev. J. N. Fuller officiating.  Born
in Garner, NC, he had lived here seven years.  A brother, two sisters,and other
relatives survive.  Hale and Company directed.
