Death of Mr. Park Whittemore
The many friends and acquaintance of Mr. Park Whittemore will be pained to hear 
of his sudden death, which occurred Monday night at his residence, No. 9 
Randolph Street. Mr. Whittemore retired as usual about 11 o’clock in apparent 
good health and when his room was entered from the purpose of calling him about 
7 o’clock in the morning he was found to be dead. He leaves a wife and nine 
children, four girls and five boys to mourn his loss. The funeral will take 
place from St. Mary’s Catholic Church this afternoon at 2 o’clock.
