Terri was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on May 5, 1956, to Milton T. Obey, Sr. and Hazel L. Roebuck-Obey. She graduated from Lower Burrell High School, in Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania. She later received her Nursing Degree from Riverside School of Nursing. On March 18th, 1977, she married Garrett Bee Wickliff and together they welcomed three beautiful children into the world. Terri was a sports enthusiast and cheered on all Pittsburgh area teams. She enjoyed cooking, numerous types of needle work and reading. She was a Christian woman who was kind and generous and put other's needs ahead of her own. She is survived by her spouse Garrett Bee Wickliff of Clarksville, TN; children, Anthony G. Wickliff (Michelle) of Willmar, MN, Chrystal N. Wickliff of Norfolk, VA, and Ashley L. Wickliff of Newport News, VA; grandchildren, Alexander Wickliff, Xavier Wickliff, Spencer Wickliff, Seth Gabriel, Amelia Gabriel and Teanna Wickliff- Daniels; siblings, Catherine L. Obey of Washington, DC, Milton T. Obey, Jr. (Anita) of New Kensington, PA, and Robert E. Obey (Olivia) of Easton, PA, along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all who knew her. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at Hale Funeral Home, 2100 Ballentine Blvd, Norfolk, Virginia, with a viewing from 9:00- 11:00 a.m. The interment will take place at St. Mary’s Cemetery.
