Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark April 14, 1914

Mrs. Roseanna Wicks, aged 71 years, widow of B.W. Wicks and daughter of the late 
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Thatch, died yesterday evening at 6:15 o'clock at the home 
of her daughter, Mrs. David Crockett, 120 East Eighteenth Street, Norfolk 
proper, after a lingering illness.  She was well and favorably known in her 
community, and is survived by four children.  They are: William, Nathan, and 
John Wicks and Mrs. David Crockett.  The funeral services will be conducted at 
the above residence Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock and burial will be in 
Magnolia Cemetery.

Street, Norfolk proper, Monday evening, April 13, 1914, at 6:15 o'clock, MRS. 
ROSEANNA WICKS, widow of B.W. Wicks and daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph 
Thatch, aged 71 years.
Funeral at the above residence Wednesday afternoon, April 15, at 2 o'clock.  
Burial in Magnolia Cemetery.  Friends invited.
