J3, died Tuesday in a hospital. He was a native of Philadelphia. Mr. Widmer had retired from the US Postal Service after 38 years. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Elks Lodge 38, and Knights of Columbus, Robert B. Kealey Council 3548. He was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include his wife, Hallie D. Widmer. A Joyful Mass of the Resurrection will be offered at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, is in charge. A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. today in Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Memorial donations may be sent to St. Mary's Infant Home.
