Norfolk - William A. Wiggins of 863 Memphis Ave., the husband of the late 
Mrs. Margaret Spell Wiggins and a native of Aurora NC, died Friday in a 
hospital.

He was a retired employee of Norfolk Naval Base and a member of the 
Apostolic Faith of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Armstrong of Queens, NY., 
Mrs. Evelyn Williams of Paterson, NJ, and Mrs. Dorothy Miller of Norfolk; 
four sisters, Mrs. Lillian Miller, Mrs. Louise Garliam, and Mrs.Nanice 
Saunders of Aurora, and Mrs. Elva Edward of Norfolk; six grandchildren; and 
12 great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be held 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Greater Metropolitan AMEZ 
Church by the Rev. Jakson A. Brown. Burial will be in a Calvary Cemetery 
with Moseley Funeral Home in charge. A Wake will be held from 7:30 to 8:30 
p.m. today at 727 W. 35th St., and the family will be at 843 W. 41st St.
