Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Saturday, April 3, 1999 
David C. ``Chico'' Wiggins, 50, of the 300 block of Olney Road and a native of
Norfolk, died March 30, 1999, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Survivors include his mother, Evelyn M. Wiggins of Norfolk; three sisters,
Evelyn, Selena and Rita Wiggins, all of Norfolk; five brothers, Claude Wiggins
of New York, Earl Wiggins of Norfolk, Willie Wiggins of Georgia, Leon Wiggins
and Eugene Wiggins, both of Norfolk; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces,
nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. He was predeceased by his
father, David Wiggins.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Antioch Missionary Baptist
Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Joseph Lassiter. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery
. The family will assemble at 287 Nicholson St. for the procession. Viewing will
be from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday at Metropolitan Funeral Service, Berkley Avenue.
