Norfolk Virginian Pilot March 15, 1947

Paul Wilcox, Sr., 60, husband of Mrs. Annie Brown Wilcox and son of the late 
John and Mrs. Martha Wilcox, died Thursday at 7:10 p.m. at a local hospital. A 
retired civil engineer, he was a native of Detroit, Mich., and had been a 
resident of this section for two and one-half years, residing in Princess Anne 
County.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Paul D. Wilcox, Jr., James L. 
Wilcox and Anthony L. Wilcox, of Norfolk and a brother, Dennis Ambrose, of 
Ammendale, Md.
The body will be taken from the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. Mary's 
Catholic Church for services Monday at 10 a.m. Interment will be in St. Mary's 
Cemetery.

the late John and Martha Wilcox, in the 61st year of his age.  Remains will be 
taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, to St. 
Mary's Catholic Church for services Monday morning at 10 o'clock.  Friends of 
the family are invited to attend.  Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery.
