NORFOLK - Mrs. Lottie M. Wilkins, 51, of 312 W. 38th St., died Monday in her 
home after a short illness.
A native of Harrellsville, N.C., she was a daughter of the late Alexander and 
Mrs. Charlotte W. Kelley and the wife of George W. Wilkins.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church more than 20 years and of its 
Blessed Virgin Mary Sodality.
Besides her husband, surviving are a son, Clifton Askew of New York; a brother, 
James Kelley of Chesapeake; and a sister, Mrs. Gladys Batchelor of Suffolk.
A funeral service will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic 
Church by the Rev. Harold Gregory and the Rev. Cornelius Sexton. Burial will be 
in St. Mary’s Cemetery with Jones Funeral Home in charge. The Rosary will be 
recited in Jones Funeral Chapel tonight at 8.
