Norfolk - Final rites were conducted for Mrs. Clarkie Wilkins on Sunday at First 
Calvary Baptist Church with a burial arranged by Riddick Funeral Service, in 
Calvary Cemetery.

A native of Scotland Neck, NC, she was a daughter of the late  George Johnson 
and Mrs. Margianna Johnson and the widow of John Wilkins.  She died June 15 in 
her home.  She was a member of First Calvary Baptist Church.

Survivors are a son, John Wilkins Jr. of Scotland Neck;  and four daughters, 
Mrs. Sadie Barnett of Newark, Mrs. Alma Edmonds of Baltimore, and Mrs. Bessie 
Valentine and Mrs. Lady Manning of Norfolk.
