R.M. Chandler, pastor of Chestnut Street M.E. Church. A large number of friends of the deceased assembled to pay their last sad tribute of respect. At the close of the services the remains were laid to rest in Magnolia Cemetery. The following gentlemen acted as pall-bearers: Messrs. John A. Morgan, George H. Lacy, Albert Pariott, O.M. Lynch, Niemeyer Show Camp, C.V.; R.A. Roach, W.A. Brown, citizens.
