Virginian Pilot December 1, 1907

Mrs. Virginia C. Wilkins, mother of Patrolman C.L. Hanbury, died at his home, 712 
Sixth street, yesterday evening at 6:30 o'clock.  The deceased fell several days 
ago at the residence and broke her left hip in several places and continued to 
grow worse until the end came.  She was 74 years old and survived by several sons 
and daughters.  The funeral will be conducted from the residence Monday afternoon 
at 2 o'clock and the interment will be in Magnolia cemetery.
