Virginian Pilot September 7, 1951 

Mrs. Carrie Tuttle Wilkins, 75, widow of Sidney S. Wilkins, died at a Norfolk 
hospital yesterday at 7:15 a.m. She is survived by a son Harold S. Wilkins, of 
Norfolk.
She was a native of Elizabeth City, N.C. and had been a resident of Norfolk for 
55 years, residing at 1330 Upper Brandon Place. She was a member of the 
Larchmont Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon Brown Funeral Home Saturday 
at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
