Miss Clara L. Wilkins, 77, of 1321 Chapel street, died at 5 p.m., Sept. 20, at her 
residence following a long illness. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Sept. 26 
at First Baptist Church with the Rev. E. Paul Simms, pastor, officiating.

A native of Norfolk, Miss Wilkins was the daughter of the late Carey and Mrs. 
Ellen Litchfield Wilkins. There are no known survivors.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale’s Funeral Home in charge.
