He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Pauline H. Wilkins; five children, Mrs. S.D Parr, Mrs. James Thompson and Dempsey J. Wilkins, all of Norfolk; Mrs. Al Brown, of Philadelphia, and Elbert J. Wilkins, of Portsmouth; a step-son, James G. Brace, of Norfolk, and three sisters, Mrs. Charles Cramme, Mrs. Claude C. Lawrence and Mrs. R.N. Harper, all of Norfolk. Mr. Wilkins was a native an lifelong resident of Norfolk and resided at 407 Atlans street. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
