Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, March 21, 1999 
Frank Wilkins Jr. of the 4200 block of Thalia Station Circle died March 18,
1999, at Virginia Beach Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Born in Lawrenceville, Brunswick County, Va., he was a retired cement finisher
for W.H. Jordan and a member of Gideons Riverside Fellowship in Norfolk.

Survivors include his wife, Janet Moseby Wilkins of the home; three daughters,
Novella Wilson and Thelma Wilkins, both of Lawrenceville, and Francis Rogers of
South Hill; a son, Frankie Wilkins III of Lawrenceville; a brother, Vernon
Wilkins of Lawrenceville; eight grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and
a host of other relatives and friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday at Gideons Riverside Fellowship by
the Rev. Dr. Milton A. Reid. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The remains
will be ready for viewing from 3:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Carlos A. Howard
Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel. The family will assemble at the residence at 11
a.m. for the procession. The remains will be taken to the church at 10 a.m.
