He resided at Ocean View. He was a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk. At one time he held a position as municipal building custodian in Norfolk under the administration of the late City Manager Ashburner. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Fannie R. Wilkinson; three daughters, Mrs. Ruth Pessas, of Panama; Miss Fannie Mae and Miss Mary Wilkinson, of Norfolk; five sons, Joseph T., Reynolds M., Harry R., William S. and J.J. Wilkinson, of Norfolk; four sisters, Mrs. George W. Hill, Mrs. Goldie Robbins and Mrs. Oscar Whitehurst, of Ocean View, and Mrs. Harry Cuthriell, of Portsmouth; two brothers, William K. and John M. Wilkinson, of Norfolk. Mr. Wilkinson held membership in the Second Presbyterian Church. The body was conveyed to the residence of his sister, Mrs. Oscar Whitehurst, 305 Chesapeake avenue, Ocean View, where funeral services will be conducted at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
