He was 37 years ol old. Mr. Willcox served during the World War with the rank of captain, as aide to G Gen. Eli Kelly Cole, U. S. M. C. For many years after the war he took an active p part in the business and social life of the city. He was a member of St. Luke's C Church. Besides his wife, Mrs. Virginia Cassell Willcox, he is survived by two sons, Charles Sharp Willcox, Jr., and Norman Cassell Willcox; one daughter, Virginia Cassell Willcox; four brothers, Thomas H., C Ambler, Edward R. and Dr. C Claiborne Willcox, and one sister, Mrs. W. R. Carter. Funeral services will be conducted at St. Luke's Church tomorrow afternoon at 12:30 o'clock by the Rev. Taylor Willis, rector of the church, officiating. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
