Norfolk-Mrs. Mabel Smith Willcox, 71, widow of Edward R. Willcox and daughter of the late Frederick O. and Mrs. Annis Wilkins Smith, a lifelong resident of this section, died Monday at 3:05 p.m. at a Norfolk hospital. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Frederick H. Huttman, of Virginia Beach; three nephews and one niece. The body will be taken from the residence, 114 E. 51st St., Virginia Beach, to Galilee Episcopal Church, of which Mrs. Willcox was a member, for funeral services Wednesday at 3 p.m., to be conducted by Rev. Edmund Berkeley, rector. Burial will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery.
