Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark March 19, 1919

Edward Joseph Williams, the 15 year old son of Mrs. Katie Grail and Ernest L. 
Williams, died last night at the residence, Shirley Avenue. He leaves, besides 
his parents, a sister, Margaret and two brothers, Linwood and Ernest Williams, 
Jr. The funeral services will take place tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock at 
Sacred Heart Catholic Church; friends of the family are invited to attend. 
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

WILLIAMS, EDWARD JOSEPH - At the residence, No. 817 Shirley Avenue, Tuesday, 
March 18, 1919, at 7 o'clock p.m., Edward Joseph, son of Katie Grail and Ernest 
L. Williams, in the 15th year of his age.
Funeral services at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Thursday, March 20, 1919, at 10 
o'clock a.m.  Friends of the family are invited to attend.  Interment at St. 
Mary's Cemetery.
