James H. Williams - Funeral services for Mr. Williams, 609 Stafford street, were
held Thursday Jan. 29 in the chapel of the Chapman Funeral Home with the pastor
of the First Baptist Church, Campostella, the Rev. Robert Harris, officiating.

Mr. Williams is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary O. Williams; two sisters,
Mesdames Bettie Phillips and Mary Barnes; four nieces, Mesdames Margaret Jordan,
Mary Warren, Mattie Gilliam and Helen Ferebee; two nephews, David Patrick and
George Bryant.

He was a member of the United Order of Odd Fellows, Star of the East Lodge No.
1820.

Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery with Chatman Funeral Home in charge of
arrangements.
