Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, September 24, 1991 
Ethel B. Williams of the 6900 block of Bonnot Drive, died Sept. 22, 1991, in a
hospital.

Mrs. Williams was born in Norfolk. She had retired from the Norfolk public
schools after five years. She was a member of St. James A.M.E. Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Othelia Wilson of Chesapeake and Barbara
Mitchell of Norfolk; a son, Frederick Williams Jr. of Norfolk; eight
grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in St. James A.M.E. Church by
the Rev. W.A. Dyson. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . Friends may join the
family at the residence. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
