Charles E. Williams, 66, of 1026 E. Brambleton Ave., died Sunday in his home. He 
was a native of Cape Charles.
Mr. Williams was retired from the E.V. Williams Construction Co. after 20 years  
service.
He is survived by his stepfather, James Tynes; a daughter, Charlotte E. Bruer of 
Virginia Beach; a sister, Sarah Tynes of Norfolk; and three grandchildren.
A graveside funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Magnolia Cemetery with Hale 
Funeral Home in charge.
The family will assemble at the funeral home at 10:45 a.m. Monday.
