Norfolk - Miss Mary L. Williams of 2825 Myrtle avenue died recently in a 
hospital.  A native of Courtland, she was a daughter of David and Mrs. Anna 
Williams.  She was a member of Metropolitan AMEZ Church and a retired employee of 
Norfolk Young Women Christian Association.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Margaret Green of Courtland.
A funeral service was held in Metropolitan AMEZ Church by the Rev. R. A. Councill 
with burial in Calvary Cemetery.  Twilight Funeral Home had charge.
