Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - December 15, 1991

Herbert R. Williams, 40, of the 5600 block of Bricker Road, died Dec. 13, 
1991, in a hospital.
Mr. Williams was born in Virginia Beach. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include a daughter, Felicia Williams, and a son, Patrick Williams, 
both of Kansas; and three brothers, Floyd Williams and Anthony Olds, both of 
Virginia Beach, and Clarence Williams Jr. of Chesapeake.
The graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Magnolia 
Cemetery by the Rev. Francis V. Askew. Friends may join the family at Smith 
& Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk, from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
