NORFOLK - Arthur E. Williams of 420 W. 27th St., Apt. 2, the husband of Mrs. 
Sarah Williams and a native of Fayetteville, N.C., died Friday in a hospital.

He worked for Coastal Concrete Co.

Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy O'Neal of Chesapeake; a son, 
Phillip Lee Williams of Norfolk; two sisters, Mrs. Christine Williams of 
Fayetteville and Mrs. Grace Daniels of Durham, N.C., and three grandchildren.

The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.
