Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Wednesday, February 16, 1994 
Pauline Louise Williams, 73, of the 5400 block of Tidewater Drive, a retired
nurse, died Feb. 13, 1994, in Norfolk.

Mrs. Williams was born in Moyock, N.C., and was the widow of Edward Walter
Williams. She retired 11 years ago from civil service after 20 years of service.
She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church, Norfolk, and was an elder
and past church clerk.

Survivors include one daughter, Paula Payton of Virginia Beach; one son, Walter
Williams of Plymouth, Mass.; one sister, Maggie Brown; one brother, James
Saunders; grandchildren, Shelton Godley and Stannetta Wilson of Virginia Beach;
six nieces; five nephews; and many friends.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in First United Presbyterian
Church, Norfolk, by the Rev. Wilbur Douglas. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery
. The funeral procession will leave 1449 Eddystone Drive, Virginia Beach, for
the funeral service at 12:20 p.m. E.A. Hughes Funeral Home is handling
arrangements.
