FRANCIS M. WILLIAMS, aged 76, husband of Mrs. Sarah E. Williams and son of James 
and Mrs. Maria Holt Williams, a native of Columbus, Ga., and a resident of Norfolk 
35 years, died at 11:45 o'clock Tuesday night at his residence, 919 Fairfax 
Avenue.  Mrs. Williams was an employee of the Virginia Ice Freezing Corporation 
and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.  Besides his wife, he is 
survived by three daughters, Mrs. G. E. Comstock, Mrs. Alma Mansfield and Mrs. L. 
C. Langley, all of Norfolk; two sons, W. H. and C. W. Williams, of Portsmouth; 10 
grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, and one sister, Mrs. Samuel Hammonds, 
of West Point, Ga.

The body will be taken from the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial 
Avenue, to Sacred Heart Catholic Church for services this morning at 10 o'clock.  
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
