JOHN J. WILLIAMSON

NORFOLK - John J. Williamson, 58, of 958 Elm St., son of John A. Williamson and 
husband of Mrs. Muriel C. Williamson, died Monday in his home.

A native of Stoney Point, N. Y., he had lived here 30 years.  He was a 25-year 
retired employee of Norfolk Police Department, a Navy veteran of World War II, and 

a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church.

Other survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Ann Jones of Norfolk; two sons, 
Robert L. Williamson and John F. Williamson of Seaford; a sister, Mrs. Mary 
Stewart of New York City; a brother, James Williamson of Congress, N. Y.; and 
three grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Thursday at noon in St. Mary's Catholic Church by 
the Rev. James Fallon.  Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.  The Rosary will be 
recited Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive.
