Norfolk Journal and Guide, Feb 20,1937
The funeral of Mrs. Cornelia Williams, 44, of 727 Lincoln St., who died in a
local hospital, Monday, January 31, was held at Hale’s Chapel with the Rev. R.
D. K. Garrett officiating on Thursday, February 4.  The deceased was born in
Edenton and lived here for 25 years.  She is survived by one daughter,
Elizabeth.  She was buried in Calvary Cemetery.
