Virginian Pilot, Saturday, July 27,1968
Mrs. Johnnie U. Williams of 800 Whitehead Ave., Norfolk, widow of the Rev. W. W.
Williams, died Thursday in a hospital.  A native of Georgia, she was the
daughter of Mac and Mrs. Georgia Stigger.  She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist
Church.

Surviving are four sons, Gleason Williams and Willie Williams of Norfolk, Ernest
Williams of Chesapeake and Acie Williams of Baltimore;  two daughters, Mrs.
Veronia Gallette, of the Bronx, NY;  and Mrs. Marie Brown of Long Island, NY;  a
sister, Mrs. Ellen Smeddle of Birmingham, AL.

A funeral service will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in Mt. Zion Baptist Church. 
Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Chatman Funeral Home in charge.
