W. T. Williams and daughter of the late Captain Peter and Mary Evans, of Mathews County, died yesterday afternoon at 12:14 o’clock at the residence, 521 Pennsylvania Ave., Colonial Place. Mrs. Williams was a native of Mathews County and for more than 40 years had been a well-known resident of Norfolk. She was a member of Epworth M.E. Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Walter D. Murray; two sons, Dr. Wesley Williams and Frank E. Williams of Norfolk; and two grandchildren Mary Lucille Murray and Frank E. Williams, Jr. The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver’s Funeral Apartments, 610-12 East Freemason Street, to Epworth M.E. Church for services Sunday afternoon at 4 o’clock. The pastor, the Rev. Thomas A Smoot, D.D., and the Rev. Roscoe M. White, D.D., pastor of Ghent M.E. Church, will officiate. Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
