Norfolk Journal and Guide,Saturday,May 30,1964
Norfolk - Funeral services for Charlie Williams, 88, a former Norfolkian, who
died May 25 in a Suffolk hospital, will be held at Jerusalem Baptist Curch
Saturday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. T. M. Venable, pastor, officiating.  Burial
will be in Calvary Cemetery with Fisher Funeral Home in charge.

Mr. Williams, a native of Wake County, NC, was a retired longshoreman and  the
husband of the late Mrs. Maggie Williams. 

He is survived by a son, John H. Williams of Chesapeake;  a foster daughter,
Miss Reathea Williams of Atlantic City;  two brothers, Walter Seawell of Cape
Charles and John Seawell of Newark, NJ, and a grandchild.
