Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA)- October 17, 2000 

BLANCHE M. WILLIAMS, 90, of the 300 block of Westminster-Canterbury Drive, 
Winchester, died Oct. 15, 2000, in Winchester Medical Center. The widow of 
Sterling G. Williams Sr. She attended the Norfolk division of the College of 
William and Mary, was an educational secretary of Norfolk City Schools for 35 
years, and was a lifelong member of First Presbyterian Church. She was also a 
devoted member of the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters. A funeral 
will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk 
Chapel, Colonial Ave. The family will receive friends prior to the service. 
Interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk. Memorial donations may be made 
to the Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters.
