The Virginian Pilot and Norfolk Landmark Friday June 3, 1921
Mrs. Ada Gray Williams, 43 years old, died last night at 7:00 o'clock at the 
home, 65 Stewart street, South Norfolk, after a lingering illness. Mrs. 
Williams was a daughter of the late John C. and Mrs. Sarah Jordan Gray, of 
Bertie County, N. C., but had been a resident of this section for thirty-five 
years.
She is survived by her husband, H. S. Williams; a daughter, Mrs. Nicholas 
France., of Minnesota; a sister, Mrs. Florence Sanderlin, of South Norfolk; a 
half-brother, Nathaniel Boyce, Edenton, N. C.
The funeral services will be conducted at the residence at 2 o'clock Saturday 
afternoon and burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
