PORTSMOUTH - Reginald Hines "Raw Dawg" Williams, 39, of the 1200 block of Ross 
Drive, passed away Nov. 12, 2005, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. Reginald 
was born April 27, 1966, in Norfolk and was a 1986 graduate of Booker T. 
Washington High School. He worked as a laborer. 

He leaves to cherish his memory his fiancee, Robin P. Jones of Portsmouth; four 
daughters, Kiahini Pearsons of Pollocksville, N.C., Kenisha Foreman and Chante 
Foreman, both of Chesapeake and Ciara Harris of Portsmouth; one son, Reginald 
Hines Williams Jr. of Portsmouth; his mother, Kathryn Hines Williams and his 
father, Otis Williams Jr., both of Norfolk; one sister, Queen E. Hines (Rickie) 
of Norfolk; one stepsister, Sharlean Hayes (Anthony) of Fort Bragg, N.C.; two 
brothers, Vernon L. Williams (Felicia) and William E. Williams (Kendra), both of 
Norfolk; grandmother, Esther L. Hines of Chesapeake; three uncles, Eugene W. 
Hines of Middle Island, N.Y., Elston L. Hines of Chesapeake and Henry C. Hines 
of Houston, Texas; stepfather, Cleverson Hill; 21 nieces and nephews; and a host 
of cousins and friends. 

A funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the chapel of Metropolitan Funeral 
Service, 7246 Granby St., the Rev. Gregory Chapman officiating. Interment will 
be at Calvary Cemetery , Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at 809 
Charlotte St. one hour prior to service for procession to the chapel. Viewing 
will be from noon to 5 p.m. today at the funeral home. Condolences may be
