Bute St. died in a hospital Thursday at 10:35 p.m. after an illness of a year. She was a native of Norfolk and the widow of F. Dallas Williams. Her parents were Armand Henry and Mrs. Agnes Hathaway Taylor. She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church and its First Circle. In 1957 she retired as matron of the Episcopal Church Home in Norfolk. Surviving are two sons, George D. Williams of Virginia Beach and Frank D. Williams of Norfolk; a sister, Mrs. Beatrice T. Doxey of Norfolk; two brothers, Armand H. Taylor of Greenville, S.C. and George Hope Taylor of Norfolk; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. The body will be taken from Cox Funeral Home to St. Paul's Episcopal Church for a funeral service today at 11 a.m. by Rev. Walton Davis, rector. Burial will be in Magnolia cemetery.
