HD Oliver Funeral Apts. March 2024
Jean Beuerlein Willis, 91, of Norfolk, died peacefully March 8, 2024, in her 
home. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Frank A. 
Beuerlein and Loretta Ruwe Beuerlein.
Jean enjoyed a full life with family, friends, and trips abroad. She was a 
dedicated mother and friend to all. Nothing made her happier than having her 
family around her.
Survivors include daughter, Sandra W. Jones, son, Frank J. Willis (Linda), son, 
James E Willis III (Joan), daughter, Patricia A. Willis (David), 7 
grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and many dear nieces, nephews, cousins, and 
friends.
The family would like to thank Interim Hospice Healthcare and caregivers, Kenya, 
Shaneka, Sha and Julia for their countless hours of dedication.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:30 a.m. Wednesday March 13, 2024, at St. 
Pius X Catholic Church in Norfolk. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Catholic 
Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. in 
the Norfolk Chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue.
