Norfolk - Jasper Willoughby of 1048 Kenton street died in a hospital.

A native of Pitt county, NC, he was a son of Alonza and Mrs. Penny Willoughby 
and the husband of the late Mrs. Effie Willoughby.

He is survived by three sons, Kelly J. Willoughby and Reginald L. Willoughby of 
Newark, NJ:  and Larry Willoughby of Japan;  a daughter, Miss Joyce H. 
Willoughby of Newark;  three brothers, Joseph H. Willoughby of Norfolk and 
Buster Willoughby and Ozea Willoughby of Farmville, NC;  two sisters, Mrs. Ethel 
Gordon and Mrs. Mary J. Newton of Farmville;  and four grandchildren.  Hale 
Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
