She is survived by two children, Mary Blair Wilson and Chapin Edward Wilson; and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur A. Blair, all of Norfolk. Mrs. Blair was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock at Sacred Heart Church.
