HOPEWELL - Ernestine "Tina" Wilson , 66, of the 2500 block of Berry St. passed 
away March 29, 2007, at Henrico Doctor's Hospital. She was born May 13, 1940, 
to the late Rosa Mae Jones Burwell and James E. Burwell in Norfolk. She was a 
graduate of Manhattan Community College. Ernestine was a dedicated member of 
Temple of Deliverance Ministries, Hopewell, Va., where she served on the 
Fellowship Hall Committee and was Mother of the Year. She retired in 2001 from 
New York City Social Services after 34 years of service as a caseworker. She 
was predeceased by her husband, James. T. Wilson Jr. 

She leaves to cherish her memory four daughters, Angelia Brown, Tonya Holland, 
Veronica Wilson and Darla Wilson -Hall; four sons, James T. Wilson III, Glenn 
Wilson , Darrell Wilson and Shawn Wilson ; one sister, Blanche Burrus; three 
brothers, James Jr., Theodore Burwell and Rudolph Burwell; 23 grandchildren; 
11 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. 

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Metropolitan 
Funeral Service, 7246 Granby St. Apostle Vincent Wyche will officiate. 
Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Norfolk. Family and friends will 
assemble at the chapel for the service. A wake will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. 
Tuesday at the funeral home. Condolences may be offered to the family at
