Norfolk Journal and Guide, Mar 9,1963
Mrs. Minnie J. Wilson of 860 Fremont street, who died at her home March 1, 
received final rites Wednesday at Bethlehem Baptist Church.

The Rev. J. Q. A. Lassiter officiated at the service.  Interment was in Calvary 
Cemetery under direction of Wheeler Funeral Home.

A member of Phyllis Wheatley Circle, Mrs. Wilson was a native of Norfolk.

Her survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Floretta Davenport of New York, Mrs. 
Sarah Gregory, Miss Minetta Wilson and Mrs. Ruth Manning of Norfolk;  six 
grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
