NORFOLK - Mrs. Annie E. Wilson of 2741 Beachmont Ave. died Monday in a hospital.

A native of Norfolk, she was the widow of Walter Wilson Sr. and a daughter of the
late Ollie and Mrs. Jennie Allen.

She was a member of St. Paul's C.M.E. Church and St. Thomas Eastern Star Chapter
51.

Surviving are four sons, Walter Wilson Jr., Willie Wilson, and James Wilson of
Norfolk, and Ollie Wilson of the Bronx, N.Y.; four daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Miller
and Mrs. Clarice Fields of Norfolk, Mrs. Annie Whitehurst of Philadelphia, and Mrs.
Almira Shackelford of Brooklyn; three brothers, Ollie Allen Jr. of Norfolk and
Charles Allen and Thomas Allen of Baltimore; a sister, Mrs. Arleen Williams of
Norfolk; 15 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in St. Paul C.M.E. Church by the
Rev. Lawrence L. Craig. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Graves Funeral Home
in charge.
