The Virginian Pilot (Norfolk Va) Saturday August 19, 1950
Herbert Allen Wilson, 63, veteran of 34 years service in the Navy, died at the 
Naval Hospital, Portsmouth yesterday at 3:20 a.m. 
He was a native of Boseman, Mont., and had been a resident of Norfolk 11 
years, residing at 303 Westover Avenue.
He was a member of Norfolk Lodge No. 38, B.P.O.E., Charity Lodge No. 10, K. of 
P., V.F.W. Adm. Robert E. Perry Ship No. 427, Washington, D.C., Army and Navy 
Union-Member at Large, Philippine-Pacific War Veteran and Knights of Kavaliers.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lillian Barrett Wilson.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Monday 
at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
